On the 24/11/2000, I, Kerry Bowden O.A.M. of www.queenslandgovernment.com being of sound mind and very unfit body, declared myself to be Premier of the Virtual democracy of queenslandgovernment.com.

This came about after finding the reputation of my site queenslandgovernment.com which started on the 8th May 2000, could be damaged, by the other Queensland Government,when the election rorting was being uncovered and investigation by the Sheperdson Inquiry. You can see,I'm very serious can't you?

In September 2000. I did offered the Domain name at no cost to the other Queensland Government. I had a reply to say my email was being sent over to the Premiers office. I heard no more, so took that to mean they were not interested in my kind offer and that they didn't have a problem with being confused or damaged by me.

As the rorting was uncovered and the other Queensland Government started to crumble and fall apart. I used lateral thinking what was needed was a Premeir who got and answered emails, knew what the people want and just gets on with the job. I already had a Governor, my mum Joey, it became very obvious, I should take over!!. All that was needed were some Ministers, a bit of Pomp and Ceromnny, Media and some Policy Statements.

Positions were advertised and I'm happy to say that in a short time and over the Christmas holidays a small group of newly appointed Talented Ministers worked on their policies, many of these are now on view in the Virtual Offices of these Ministers. Some policy statements are being written as we speak, or I hope they are.

We have our first Ambassador for Paradise, some awards have already been given out. We do still have a few Ministerial positions available, so feel free to apply.

The Premier's favorite Minister is our Minister for Vision and Hope Caitlin Jean, born on the 30/11/2000. It is her vision that the Virtual Democracy of queenslandgovernment.com has fifteen years to carry out. Her vision is John Lennon's "Imagine". Don't tell the other Ministers will you, they all think they are the most important!!!!

The Premier and Minister make all their own decisions and write their own statements,(except for Caitlin who still prefers Granma to take notes) in doing so, we had done away for the need for LOTS of staff and bureaucrats. Saving Heaps!!!!!

The bureaucrats who are left and needed will become "Servants of the Public" instead of Public Servants. The good ones will not have to reapply for their jobs every couple of years, again Saving Heap!!!!!!! need for any rorting, bribes could be a problem as,

Meetings are held daily via the Inter net in our Virtual Cabinet Room, so we won’t need expensive Parliament buildings or offices.

The public can join our Cabinet meetings and become members of the Government, so there will be no need for secrets, except of cause for "Secret Women's Business"

We intend working hard but have lots of fun, so the public won’t get bored with us as they will also be having lots of fun.

We will consider any views from the public, and can change our decision at short notice, as long as the Premier and one other Minister are in the Cabinet room at the same time.Premier has the final say

We do not have an opposition or other parties, so the saving in time, point scoring and think of the money saved on the opposition bench, is massive,

On the 25th August the domain name was auctioned to raise funds for One Mind One Voice, the bid a horse that I will break in under the guidence of Geoff Guest, $470.00 some acomadation, poems, painting, CD and pumkin soup.
I am very happy as it gives me time to work on the next part of the Vision to fix the world before Caitlin is 15years old.
