Policy Statement

Maaaam Premier

In stating the policy of/for my Department/s I wish to make it clear that my first concern is my total support for you.

In no way am I soliciting support for any coup and your instructions are my wish.

In regards to Public Works my first thought is to establish in my entrenched beaurocracy that there will be no changes to their present way of life until notified and then of course only after long consultation.

With particular regard to my purchasing staff I indicate there will be no objection this year to the receipt of gifts from contractors who only wish to show appreciation for favours. It is requested that gifts solicited be capable of being consumed within 24 hours. You are allowed to store bottled and frozen goods for later consumption, within 24 hours of course

Thanks to my Premier the funds have been provide for the expansion of my Department and some of the funds by little Johnny for roads should assist in this effort.

We stand ready to create a virtual monument to our glorious Premier.

Housing ah - Housing

All Govt Housing projects will be treated to a dose of the Reach For The Clouds project and all Departments will be requested to arrange delivery to the Publc Works Store of their redundant computer equipment where the appropriate Minister will be requested to establish a WFD program to test the equipment ready for installation in Housing projects

The trainees from the WFD scheme will be employed on these Housing projects providing installation of networks and training for recipients in particular, handholding until hands are no longer needed to be held.

In view of the shortage of Public Housing our Premier will be requested to double the present budget and concentrate particularly on the Gold Coast in order to attract more Victorians to the area, freight paid.

All tenants will be trained in the new Work at Home values and will be subsidised until their business becomes viable.

All Govt. Departments will be requested to out source their work to these establishments instead of IBM and their subsidiaries
